Plans are designed for normal everyday support. Included time doesn't roll over, and large projects are quoted separately.
Each plan includes one free in-person troubleshooting visit per month. Techy2U prefers to come to you in person; remote help is used when it can solve the problem faster. Additional visits are billed separately.
Hardware and parts, third-party software and licensing costs, visits beyond the included one, after-hours emergencies, and data recovery from failed drives.
Response-time targets will be published when plans launch. We won't promise times we can't meet.
