About Techy2U
What does Techy2U do?
Techy2U is a technology services company based in Pawling, NY. We help homes and small businesses with computer troubleshooting, Wi-Fi and networking, business IT support, cybersecurity basics, technology consulting, and custom PC builds.
Does Techy2U provide computer support in Pawling?
Yes. Pawling is our home base, and on-site support is available there. We also support nearby Dutchess County, Putnam County, and Hudson Valley communities.
Does Techy2U have a storefront?
No. Techy2U is a service-area business. We come to you or help remotely.
Services
Can Techy2U help small businesses?
Yes. We help small businesses with workstation setup, office networks, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, onboarding, backups, security fundamentals, and technology planning.
Can Techy2U build a custom gaming PC?
Yes. We plan builds around your games, target resolution, and budget, then assemble and test them. Every build starts with a free-form quote request, not a checkout.
Does Techy2U offer remote tech support?
Yes. With your permission, we can securely connect to your computer to fix software, email, and settings problems. Hardware problems need hands-on service.
What's included in a custom PC build?
A consultation, component recommendations, assembly, cable management, operating system and driver setup, and stability testing. Parts are quoted at current prices.
Pricing & plans
How much does business IT support cost?
On-demand and project work is quoted based on scope. A proposed monthly plan, Business IT Essentials, would start at $199/month for up to five workstations. It isn't available for sign-up yet.
How do monthly IT support plans work?
Techy2U Care plans are in development. Each plan would cover a set number of devices and a set amount of remote support time each month, plus regular reviews. Additional work and on-site visits would be billed separately. There is no unlimited support.
Will I know the price before work starts?
Yes. You'll receive an estimate before any paid work begins.
