How business it support plans works
Our proposed Business IT Essentials plan covers up to five workstations with up to two hours of remote support per month, a quarterly technology review, and guidance on everyday IT administration. Additional labor and on-site visits are billed separately.

Is this the same as managed IT?
No. Fully managed IT usually includes monitoring, after-hours response, and broad responsibility for your systems. Techy2U's proposed plan is a lighter, clearly limited option.
What happens if we use more than two hours?
Additional time would be billed at the plan's stated rate. Exact terms will be published when the plan launches.
